Naples Heritage Hole-in-One Fund Participation Agreement
Naples Heritage Golf & Country Club has instituted a
Hole-in-One Fund for homeowners on a voluntary participation basis. The purpose of this program is to provide a fair and enjoyable way to celebrate a Hole-in-One while ensuring that the costs are shared among participants.
Program Details
- The initial participation charge is $10 per member, credited into the Hole-in-One Fund.
- As the fund is drawn down by Hole-in-One awards and drops below $600, all participants' accounts will automatically be recharged $10 to replenish the fund.
Enrollment and Withdrawal
- Participation is on a per person basis and must be indicated on the application.
- Members must submit a written declaration or fill out the form below with your name and member number if you wish to enroll in the fund.
- Transfer Members are required to complete a new form each year.
Hole-in-One Requirements
A Hole-in-One must occur during a round of golf played on
any day at Naples Heritage.
- The shot must be witnessed by at least one (1) other golfer, who must attest to its authenticity.
Awards
- Upon confirmation of a Hole-in-One, the golfer will receive a $400 bar credit at the Naples Heritage Bar to be applied toward beverages at regular pricing (not Happy Hour pricing).
- The credit must be used on the day of the Hole-in-One and the following two (2) business days. Any unused balance will be forfeited back to the fund.
- Additionally, the Hole-in-One Fund will provide a commemorative plaque to the golfer.
By enrolling in the Hole-in-One Fund, members acknowledge and accept the responsibility of allowing their accounts to be charged whenever the fund requires replenishment.
